Miss Christine
BDA’s founder is Christine Roselli. Christine’s love of dance began when she attended her first dance class at age 4. She has a BFA degree in Dance & Performing Arts from Adelphi. During college she competed on a National Gymnastics Team in California. She received a Dance Scholarship from a prominent New York City Dance School. She has performed on MTV with Jennifer Lopez & MC Hammer. She also has studied with professionals such as Phil Black, Joe Tremaine, Frank Hatchett and Mia Michaels. Christine has toured professionally in musical productions of The King & I, Music Man, and Fiddler on the Roof to name a few. She also toured the 50 US cities with groups such as The Drifters, The Spinners, The Guess Who and The Association. The tour was sponsored by Dick Clark. She has danced on Broadway and at Radio City Music Hall. She danced with a LI based Repertory Company & a professional Ballroom Company that performed in several states. She has choreographed many Dance Shows and award winning Company competitions. She was an Adjunct Professor of Dance at Nassau Community College. She has been sharing her knowledge of dance and enthusiasm with students young and old for over 25 years. Not only has dance been a tremendous part of Christine’s professional life, but she has volunteered her expertise to local school and community events. Christine brings to BDA her dedication, knowledge and work ethic. For BDA she has assembled a staff that shares her commitment to this Art

Miss Alycia
Miss Alycia has been dancing since the age of two. Over the years she has received platinum awards and overall titles in National competitions. She trains in all dance styles. Since she was little she has always been a part of musicals and dance shows. Her teachers growing up always strived for her to be the best performer she can possibly be. Miss Alycia grew up on Long Island where she studied dance, voice and acting. She was also on her high school’s dance performance company and her high schools Kickline team. She has recently received her BFA in Dance from Jacksonville University this year. Although Miss Alycia does a lot of onstage performances she has also helped make props, lighting and backstage work for shows. Miss Alycia has taken classes with Stacey Tookey, Kathryn McCormick, Carlos Garland and many more professional dancers. Miss Alycia also goes into New York City to take classes at BDC, the Pulse and even performed in the Knick City Challenge and Lincoln Center. Miss Alycia has been a dancer in an independent film, and music videos. She has been teaching and assisting at Broadway Dance Academy and Performing Arts for eight years. Miss Alycia is excited to show you what she has to offer. Miss Alycia is thankful to be a part of the BDA family and can’t wait for the years to come.
Miss Rochelle
Miss Rochelle trained at the Joffery Ballet School and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. She also privately trained with Trutti Gasparinetti for many years. Her performing experience has taken her all over the east coast of the United States. She had the pleasure to perform at The West Point Military Academy. She performed in the debut of Dear Nadezhda by Venti Petrov. Miss Rochelle has worked with artists such as Micheal Leon Thomas, Carl Pariess, Cara Gargano and many more. She had the pleasure to be the assistant to Catherine Turocy of the New York Baroque Dance Company on the "Four Rivers" project. Miss Rochelle has her BFA in dance studies from CW Post Long Island University. She has been invited back to choreograph and sub ballet classes. Miss Rochelle is currently a dancer with Peconic Ballet Theatre Foundation where she performs several leading roles. Such as Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker, Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, Odette in Swan Lake and many more!
Miss Becky
Miss Becky is excited and thankful for being part of Broadway Dance Academy & Performing Arts & Wicked Entertainment Company. Currently, she attends a unique Commercial Dance program with a Bachelor in Fine Arts major at PACE University. Her directors all strive to have the students master singing and acting as well as dancing. Trains in all dance styles. She is a Platinum winning dancer/ singer and won overall title of Miss Access Broadway at a National Competition. Special merits include Fluidity and lucidity awards. Since the 7th grade she has performed supporting and lead roles in multiple community and High School Musicals. Her last role was the lead in Into the Woods as the antagonist witch. She has danced/ tumbled professionally as a "Knick City Kid” from 2007-2010. Miss Becky has been in videos for movie credits, trailer videos for fellow colleagues, collaborated with song writers, help make stage props, danced in Dance Out Loud at PACE University and performed as back up dancer for local gigs such as a Michael Jackson impersonator show. Since 2008, Miss Becky has done community service singing for Senator Saladino’s many events. She choreographs/teaches at Broadway Dance Academy part time. All of Miss Becky's trainers since the age of 3 have helped prepare her to be extremely marketable in the entertainment world. Miss Becky is excited to show you what she has to offer.
Miss Christie
Miss Christie has been dancing and teaching for many years. She has studied with Rochelle Martin, Donna DeSimone, and Danielle Giordano-Angrisani. Miss Christie has competed at many competitions such as Starpower, Starbound, Beyond the Stars, Legacy and many more as a child. She has gone on to choreograph many competition numbers. Her numbers have received platinum, high gold, and first place. She has received Special Awards such as two Entertainment Awards, Choreography Awards and numerous Special Awards ranging from Best Timing to Best Straddle Jumps. Miss Christie’s specialty is tap, not only excelling in this discipline herself but her students excel as well. They especially enjoy her extensive knowledge of tap and the workout they receive. Her students have received recognition at dance competitions as well as earning a studio tap technique award. The various awards received are a testament to Miss Christie’s ability and dedication as a teacher. Miss Christie has performed leading roles in various full length Ballets such as Step Sister in Cinderella, Peter Pan in Neverland, Sophie in Anastasia and The Lollipop Goddess in Candyland. Besides performing in these Ballets she was an Assistant Teacher to the productions. Miss Christie is currently continuing her education at Long Island University CW Post as an Environmental Science Education major with a minor in Sociology.
Mr Dan
Daniel started dancing at the age of 8 at Royalenova Center Moriches, NY. He trained in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip hop and musical theater. He worked with many choreographers, like 2x Emmy award winner Tessandra Chavez, Rhapsody James and Blake McGrath. In 2019 he attended Talia Favia's invite only event to Chapter in NYC. Daniel specializes in lyrical/contemporary and technique. His biggest dream is to become a background dancer for Ariana Grande.
Miss Corinne
Miss Corinne has been dancing since the young age of two. She has trained at various schools on Long Island along with Manhattan Motion and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. As a Student Miss Corinne has competed in dance and has won many medals. Her specialty is in acro/gymnastics which she has been teaching for over 10 years. She has worked at St. John the Baptist DHS training the gymnastics team. Her level in gymnastics is 12 plus. Along with her gymnastics she has been teaching dance for many years. Miss Corinne is amazing to watch with the younger levels. The patience and dedication she puts in with the little ones is one any mother can feel at home with. Along with teaching many styles of dance she has performed with Dancecore Performing Arts as the Cheshire Cat and Queens Court in Alice In Wonderland and as Jack In the Box and Flower in the Nutcracker. Along with dance and gymnastics Miss Corinne is also a certified personal trainer and Zumba instructor.
Miss BGirl Tynee
Casie "Tynee" Goshow is a hip hop choreographer and break dancer, who has been
teaching both hip hop and break dancing for the past 15 years around the country.
Casie has worked side by side with various artists and organizations such as
Karmin, TT The Artist, Chris Porter, Chris Brown, Lil John, PSY, French Montana,
Beats Headphones, the NBA, Adidas and was a Las Vegas Season 12 Street Finalist
on So You Think You Can Dance? Currently she is touring around the country
teaching kids of all ages at studios, conventions and competitions. She has started
her own mentorship program in NYC, where she now resides, and she personally
mentors young dancers in street and commercial dance. Casie owns her own
clothing line, Goshow Yourself, a clothing line that inspired people of all ages and
walks of life to have the courage and confidence to be themselves

Miss Alexa
Miss Alexa holds a BFA in Performance from Long Islands own, Hofstra University. She has been dancing since the age of four and is an alumni of her favorite place in the world, Broadway Dance Academy & Performing Arts. At BDA she has received platinum awards in competitions all over. While training in dance, she was also classically trained in voice for twelve years. Her professors and teachers have created a passion filled performer who strives to work hard in what she loves to do. Throughout training she has performed in over forty plays, dance shows and competitions and has worked with casting directors and agents from all over the world. Miss Alexa was fortunate enough to be selected to perform for Nassau County at the prestigious All State Chorus in Rochester, NY. Recently Miss Alexa made her New York City debut at the Alvin Ailey theatre performing in her senior showcase. You may have seen Alexa perform at various Nassau County events singing our countries National Anthem. She is trained in singing, speech, acting, dance, stage combat, movement, mask, clowning, costuming, stage makeup, dialects and Shakespeare. Miss Alexa is incredibly excited to continue being a part of BDA’s family and to teach what her heart beats for every day.

Guest Artist- Mr John John
John-John has been dancing and performing since the age of 12. His passion for dance began with Hip-Hop and Breaking. He soon fell in love with this art form and wanted to expand his knowledge for dance by broadening his range of styles. Throughout high school and college he trained in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary and African and was very active in choreographing and performing for the dance programs at both schools. John-John has developed a unique style by mixing contemporary and breaking together when he freestyles and choreographs movement. He continues to strive in diversifying his skill set by training in classes at Broadway Dance Center. He is also an assistant choreographer for Hip-Hop Dance Boot Camp in Philadelphia. He unwaveringly grasps every opportunity to educate him further in becoming successful in the dance industry. His long term goal is to form his own Dance Company and perform all over the world. He also aims to become a household name as a well-known choreographer. John-John doesn’t see himself doing anything else but express himself through movement. “Dance is My Passion. My Reason. My Life.”
Guest Artist- Miss Wendy
Wendy Clark has an M.A in Ballet Pedagogy from NYU and is a certified ABT
Curriculum teacher for all levels (pre-primary to Level 7). She danced professionally
with the Eugene Ballet Company, City Ballet of San Diego, and Ballet Spokane. She
has been teaching for over 15 years for a variety of schools in Michigan, Washington,
Texas, and New York. In addition to Broadway Dance Academy and Performing Arts,
she currently works as a teaching artist for American Ballet Theater and is on faculty at
American Theater Dance Workshop.
Guest Artist - Miss Karina
Miss Karina was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She started dancing at a very young age, performing in flamenco and folk dance productions. Karina trained in classical ballet at the Instituto Nacional de Danza in Guayaquil, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in dance. Professionally, Karina has danced for Ballet of Teatro Centro de Arte in Guayaquil doing classical repertoire. She has also danced for the renowned Danzas Jazz Theater Company, performing leading roles in musical theater productions throughout Ecuador. Internationally, she has danced for Ballet de Cámara of Teatro Municipal in Santiago, Chile.
In the United States, she toured 53 cities and 21 states with the Boston Flamenco Ballet. Her extensive dance career in America also includes several works with professional companies such as South Florida Ballet Theater, The Florida Grand Opera, Staten Island Ballet, Carnival Cruise Lines, BalaSole Dance Company, Ballet for Young Audiences-Ballet Repertory NYC, Pilobolus, Neglia Ballet Artists, Some Dance Company, as well as production companies in the entertainment industry.
Her classical repertoire includes soloist roles in "The Nutcracker" as well as "Swan Lake," "Giselle," "La Bayadère," "Sleeping Beauty," "Carmen," "Spring Waters" and others. Her musical theater credits include "The Beauty and the Beast," "Cats," "Grease," "The King and I," "Annie," "The Wiz," "A Christmas Carol," "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "Hair."
In 2011, Karina was invited to perform in the opening of the Nanning International Folk Song Arts Festival, appearing live for more than 50,000 people and on 23 different television stations throughout Southeastern Asia. Since 2012, she has performed as a guest principal dancer in "The Nutcracker" productions of multiple dance companies.
Karina is a certified ballet teacher of the American Ballet Theater National Training Curriculum for all levels (primary to level 7 & pas de deux). She currently works as an artistic director and dance faculty with her own dance business in South America as well as a dancer, dance judge and teacher in the United States. Miss Karina is also a current teacher at Broadway Dance Center at both location. She is so excited to start teaching the students here at Broadway Dance Academy!

Guest Choreographer-Miss Olivia
Miss Olivia has taken the dance world by storm over the last decade. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA she began training and competing at the young age of 7 all over the country in Competitive Championship Latin Ballroom Dancing. By the age of 16 she had already won five National Gold Medals in addition to attending Dekalb School of the Arts where she studied Ballet, Modern, Jazz, African, Hip-Hop, Music, and Theater. Shortly after graduating, Olivia decided to further pursue her dreams by training in New York City and then heading out to California for a new and exciting journey.
With a determined spirit and relentless work ethic she soon found herself teaching and performing for the NFL as a San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush Cheerleader, Top 30 Finalist on So You Think You Can Dance (S8), she was featured in Esquire and "Just Dance" PS3 Commercial. In 2012 she decided to move back to New York. Since then she has danced for artists such as: JLO, Madonna, Flo Rida, New Cupid, Sean Kingston, and Brad Paisley. She has also been featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, Dr. Oz., 106 & Park, Yahoo, and Telemundo.
Her biggest accomplishment to date though happened on her 26th birthday in June of 2015. Miss Olivia was suddenly dx with aggressive Breast Cancer. She underwent numerous surgeries and chemotherapy. Throughout her challenging journey she continued to dance, teach, perform, write, conduct interviews, and graduate on time from MSU with a Major:Communication & Media and Minor:Musical Theater. “Faith and Art have always healed me back to home and now it is time to pay it forward.”
Miss Olivia is currently back to teaching at Broadway Dance Center and recently became the National Spokesperson for Jemma Everyday "Brave & Beyond". She is also in the process of publishing her first poetry book and EP.
We are so happy that Miss Olivia will be back at BDA to conduct Master Classes for our students.
